washing britax car seat covers
can I put the car seat cover in the washing machine?

I have washed mine in the washer machine several times because DS has thrown up all over them! They came out fine. ... I just didn't put them in the dryer.

The directions say not to machine wash it.
DD recently puked and I had to take the whole thing off and spot clean it. It took forever, but it worked.

It is not the best idea to do. The manual does not recommend it.
If you must, just know that the straps should never be machine washed. In addition, if you do wash the straps, use a damp cloth and no detergent.
