Water and a Laptop dont mix
Emma dropped some water in my laptop today. It still works but some of the keys like Enter and Backspace quotes etc (right hand keys mostly) think if I let it dry they will come back?

You should take it in to get checked out. It might not be the keys that are the problem, but rather the water getting into the 'guts' (very technical term, I know) of the laptop. I have a couple of friends who spilled water on their laptops, and the hard drive died soon after as a result.

If it still doesn't work, take it to Geek Squad at Best Buy- those guys are life savers and very affordable!

Please take it to someone---I am diabetic and I spilled juice on my laptop ( my sugar was dropping and my hands were shaking ...more juice got into the laptop than into me)

I'd just shut it off, leave it open and let it dry out. If it was going to short, it would ahve shorted with the water in it, Just let it dry. fortunately water doesn't leave any sticky residue behind
