Water and a Laptop dont mix
Emma dropped some water in my laptop today. It still works but some of the keys like Enter and Backspace quotes etc (right hand keys mostly) think if I let it dry they will come back?

Maybe. Otherwise you will need to locate a new keyboard. If you somebody technical... they may be able to take the keyboard off depending on the model.
Check ebay for replacement parts.

should...was it plain water? did you call the manufacturer to ask what you should do?
try turning it off, getting a paper towel and soaking up what you can with the buttons pressed down
