Don't give yourself any other options in your house except that 1 liter bottle.
You can add fruit, lemon, oranges, apples

Try drinking distilled water. It tastes much lighter than other water and it seems easier to drink a lot of it.

When I wanted to give myself a *push* to drink more I'd add this stuff called True Lemon.
It tastes just as it says...like a true lemon. No yucky sweetners, etc.
Now...I can't get enough water.

I need some motivation to drink more too! Can anyone tell me how it helps their skin? Do you find your skin is less dry or does it help clear up acne, breakouts, etc?

I know this is bizarre, but I find the more water I drink the thirstier I get so if I can get myself started, I drink a lot. Plus like others said, you start to feel and look better which reinfoces it.

thanks everyone.
it's odd, when I was pregnant I loved drinking it but I guess since I don't have an excuse to do it anymore, I just don't do it.
I might try crystal light.

I used to HATE water... couldn't stand it. Then I started FORCING myself to drink it ( adding lemon helped a little) it was VERY hard at first I wont lie... but after a few weeks I couldn't live without it. I started craving it  and 8 times out of 10 that is what I would choose to drink.

me too, yummy, this way I drink a ton of water and my skin does look so much better. I split those single packs to make 2 out of 1 so Im not getting so much splenda in 1 shot.

When I was cutting out my soda intake and switching to water, I carried boxes of the Crystal Light To Go with me everywhere.
Now I drink just standard bottled water.
