WaterGirl's IUI Journal - FINAL UPDATE :-(
So I thought I would start this to help voice my frustrations and to get some insight from you lovely ladies on how this cycle is going.

We've been TTC since spring 08.
After 9 months of trying we went to see my OB/GYN. Did one round of 50mg Clomid...nothing. Did one round of 100mg Clomid...resulted in one follie and a failed IUI. Tried 100mg again...and didn't produce anything.
With that we decided to see an RE. We chose Dr. Palter at Gold Coast IVF. He ran a ton of test. I have "mild" PCOS (on Metformin 1500mg) and I had a polyp which was removed last year. We took some time off after the polyp to get back to being us, and it was the best thing we did.
My cycles are few and far between so I started on provera and decided to try clomid one more time...this time 150mg. It did nada.
Which brings us to this cycle.....
May 12 – CD1 – blood work and lining good
May 14 – CD3 start 75iu Gonal-F
May 17 – CD6 nothing happening
May 20 – CD9 nothing happening, increased dosage to 112.5iu Gonal-F
May 24 – CD13 all <10 follies, increased dosage to 150iu
May 28 – CD17 all <10 follies, waiting for blood test from this morning, but RE said I will probably go up to 187.5iu.
He doesn’t seem to be concerned since my cycles are extremely long to begin with. But I am getting so impatient, as is DH.
May 28 - 3pm - My RE's office called. They have decided to bump me up to 225iu! Hopefully this gets these follies moving along! I go back on Monday for B/W and a sono!
May 31 - CD20 1 follie measuring 13.8 on right ovary, and possibly 1 follie on the left...The NP said that where it was located she could not get an accurate measurement. But at least there is some growth. I was beginning to get discouraged. She said that more than likely I will be doing an IUI sometime this week. She'll call me later today to tell me if I need to adjust my gonal-F at all. I guess 225iu is my magic dosage!!!!!!!
6/2 - CD22 My one gorgeous follie is now at 17.9...It's TRIGGER TIME!!!!!!! I trigger tonight at 7pm. Then go in tomorrow at 7:30am for IUI #1, then Friday at 8am for IUI #2. I am so excited! I feel like this time since we were monitored properly and we are doing the ovidrel (last IUI with my OB/GYN we didn't use the ovidrel) that we really have a fighting chance. It only takes 1 follie and 1 super sperm! 
6/3 - CD23 1 IUI down, 1 IUI to go!!!!! Things went very smoothly this morning. DH's count was amazing! 104 million and 70% motility. He is very proud of himself!!!! I go back tomorrow for #2 and then on to the dreaded progesterone suppositories.
6/4 - CD24 Both the IUI's were easy and painless. DH's count today was 60 million and 70% motility...he is still patting himself on the back! I start the progesterone tomorrow, 200mg a day. I've never had to do them before, so what kind of side effects should I expect?
6/18 - CDCD38 Just got the call...beta was negative. I knew it would be, but it's still hard to hear. I have an appointment on Monday to talk how aggressive we want to get for the next cycle. My insurance doesn't cover IVF, so DH and I said we would try 3 more IUI's with injectibles and then try for the IVF Grant.
