We are FINALLY starting the home improvements ** UPDATE**
UPDATE:
We decided to go with Burner King. The price was even less than anticipated. They came up with an amazing solution to have the least damage to our house. We are on a slab so we have to poke walls everywhere. We will know in 2 weeks when they can start after the town's approval. They are taking care of all the permits, etc... So one less thing to deal with. They are hoping to start mid August. Early September latest.

Burner King is coming tonight for a quote on our oil to gas conversion.
Apparently the process takes about 4 weeks to be approved by the Township and start the work. We cannot open the road until August so we can start the process now and by the time we are allowed access to the pipe on the road next month, all would be set.
I am very excited.

They have to agree?
If you don't have the line right by your house - the gas company won't usually extend it for you unless a few neighbors do it as well.

I was told that at least 3 neighbors either need to allready have it, or you must get 3 neighbors to convert to gas in order for gas line to run... I live in the same town , you might wanna look into this

Burner King is coming tonight and they said they would take care of it.
Our house in on the corner of the road where the line is. I would be the first one on my street to get gas and the house the closest to the line.
I will make sure to ask tonight.

If you want to laugh a bit more, I ACTUALLY first typed my post with BURGER king. I edited it before someone noticed it.
