So exciting!! Closing date on or about 2/15...which means 3/15!!!!

Ok, now im nervous...tell me what could really go wrong to push a closing back that far. My seller is the one who is pushing for a February 19th closing, we wanted it pushed back...is there still a chance it may not happen...

As per the contract you have an on our about day noted as such and such date. That gives you up to thirty days after that date!

We are hoping that the closing is closer to March than February! April would be best!!!
