We Bought A House!! With Pics!
If anyone remembers, my DH and I have been searching for one full year for a new house. We had a condo and between not being able to get a dog and our need to have more space away from each other (LOL), we knew we needed to find a new place!
I have to say that when it is RIGHT, it is RIGHT. This house was in our town, at the tippy top of our budget but thanks for decreasing prices and a desperate seller we got in and got a great price for the neighborhood. We never would have gotten into our desired neighborhood! (We are in NJ)
It's a split level and has 3 beds, 1 1/2 baths, "man's room", 2 car garage, nice property.....needs a bit of work but it fits both of our needs and I can honestly say that all the other times I bid on different houses were wastes of time. Wait for the right one!
We closed last Wed. and moved in over the weekend - it was crazy and we are still not settled! Both of our jobs were nuts this week so hopefully this weekend I get to move in a little more -- and paint!
Thank goodness to my BFF Trish we at least have a kitchen done. You rock!
Thanks a million to my other BFF Kristen for listening to every millisecond of problems that I ran into. You are the best!
Now...to unpack, paint, and do all the projects in store!!!

Purple Room - guest room but also "my space"
Day One of Moving - I'm already tired.
End of night one.... the journey just begins!

Thanks! Technically - this is our second home so we know what we are in for. We are excited though to have a yard!
