We Did It--Left DS with a Babysitter!
This weekend we finally left DS with a babysitter, and I have to say, OMG, it was so overdue. We both wish we had done it sooner, but as many of you know, it's hard to leave your baby with a person who is a stranger, no matter how great they seem.
We had a really good time, and she seems to have done a wonderful job with him. When we came home he was happy and laughing (it was an early night), and actually cried a little when she left.
We have to call her and pick a date for her to come back. So nice to reconnect with DH and remember we were a couple before we were parents.
