We finally have a first name- but need middle name help
We've agreed on Eliza as a first name. DH is INSISTING on a "family name" for a middle name. For now I'll go along..... However, if anyone has other suggestions, PLEASE tell me.
Our last name is one syllable. I prefer a one syllable middle name, but if we find something really nice, I'll push for it.
Thx for any and all suggestions!

I like Jean best from your choices. What about spelling it Jeanne? I love it spelt that way!

Ok- here's the story bahind Eliza Jane (because I ALSO loved how that sounded).:
I mentioned it and my goofball sister tells me (without missing a beat): "That was Almanzo's sister's name on Little House on the Prairie. She was the prissy schoolteacher- you CANNOT name your baby after the prissy schoolteacher from Little House."
SOooOooo.... Eliza JANE has been ruined for me.

I definitely like the idea of the one syllable middle name, which you only have Jean listed (and that's very, very pretty)...
Some other possibilities:
Lynne (my daugther's middle name)

Yay~ LOVED Little House growing up..... just not enough to name my kid after one of the characters.
I'm writing down all the suggestions and will present them to DH for his *approval*.

And althought that was Almanzo's sister's name she wasnt a prissy school teacher in the book!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Only in the tv show that was loosely based on the book!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
