We finally signed the contracts
my aunt/lawyer came over with the contracts...we signed away and forked over some cash (well bank check)
we didnt make too many changes, so hopefully the sellers (who live in Switzerland) are speedy returning them!

12/15 - which I doubt will happen - but we would love to get there before Christmas bc FH is a teacher and he has off that last week in December to move in.
