We signed the contracts!!!!
After I arrived home from the fundraiser last night, I signed the contracts! DH wrote out the BIG check for the lawyer earlier in the day  , glad I wasn't there for that....
We have a closing date of 1/1/07!!!!!
I cannot believe how fast this is going...now we wait for the seller's signature and then I will feel better...
I ama gonna vomit...but I am so excited!

it's just a date they set...you close 30 days before or 30 days after....
I am hoping we close earlier actually so we can move when I am off for the holidays...now I just want to get in...
