we just bought this living room set
it is taupe....n e one have paint color suggestions??
ets: we got different tables though! the set looks way better in person too!

Very nice! I agree about the gray-blue. I do think you can go with lots of other colors too. I like the earth tones suggestion above.

I agree. The furniture is neutral so you could really almost go with any color you like.
Personally, I would go with either a dark green or brown color but I'm on a brown and green kick!!
Also you could go light like a butter color or a cream but cream isn't really much of a color IMO.
What colors are in the accent pillows? If you're really at a loss, you can always use the accent pillows as your color pallet and choose a color that way.

Beautiful set! I like the grey/blue (aka steele blue) idea. Maybe with silver accents (ie. picture frames, candles, bowls).

ITA on the colors - I would be careful not to match the color of the couch though. I think you could even go brighter if you wanted... a rust tone, or golden yellow... as long as it's "earthy" I think it'd look good.
