We signed the Contract tonight!
And got a closing date of Feb 17th BUT so much is contigent on the buyers getting CO's, I give this deal a 50/50 chance.

It's so annoying. I don't want to get too excited because then it will be a huge disppointment, but I don't want to be a downer when people congratulate me.

I know... we actually heard back from attorney and the sellers are refusing to obtain the COs.
