Do you mean a party room such as a hall like KOC or a restaurant with a party room?

One of my friends had her wedding at the NHP KofC - it was fabulous! The room was really pretty, the food was delicious, and it was very very reasonable.

I had my DDs parties at Seventh St Cafe in GC. I was always very happy with them and their food is great.

Garden City Casino.....It is opposite the Garden City Hotel on the other side of the tracks. Really nice and they offer food and drinks too. I think you can bring in your own as well. Really beautiful room, or at least it was ten years ago when I had my engagement party.
