We went to the library today and...
Lily LOVED it!! It was her first time there. I feel so guilty. I was a librarian before I was pg, so it's really bad that it took me almost 2 years to get her there, although we did go to the one I worked at on LI a few times when we've been back to visit. We just moved to the 'burbs and I am so excited that we have a really nice library very closeby. Anyway, I was very relieved that she didn't flip out when it was time to leave. However -- on the way to the car she says loudly "Shhhhh***t!!!!"      A woman was walking right by us as she said it.  I really wanted to crawl under a rock. She acted like she didn't notice, but I don't know how she could have missed it. I have to thank DH for letting that word slip in front of DD. I've been so careful not cursing. We've been trying to ignore it when she says it. But it hasn't stopped her from saying it pretty often.

It's always when someone else is in earshot isn't it?
Yay! So glad she liked the library- some of my fav childhood memories are of doing crafts etc there!

That is great about the library---I loved going to the library when I was little and still do! Atleast she wasn't swearing in the library!!
