Website with weekly recipes and shopping list

Does anyone know a good website that has meals for the week and a shopping list?

I suck at meal planning and grocery shopping so I end up getting whatever looks fresh for the week but then can't think of anything to make with it.

DH is on the primal blueprint diet and I generally just try to keep my carbs very low and my sugars low.
