Wedding gift if you're not attending the wedding
If you can't make it to someone's wedding but want to send something would you send a check/money or a gift?

Depends - if it was a good friend I would probably send them a check. If its someone I don't know too well, or I know that I will never hear from them, then I'd send a less expensive gift.

I agree - I didnt go to my cousins wedding (we arent that close) in California - I didnt want to send a check bc it would take forever to cash - so I sent them a gift from their registry - i think it was about $100.

proly something off the registry if they have one. i'd do a little search for one, and then if i couldn't find a registry i'd send a gift card.
