Wedding photos - we've posted and I am looking specifically bo-k's that had some sort of rememberance thing
DH's cousin is getting married this year and I was talking to her about her bo-k. I remember seeing so many wonderful bo-k's on here and some who have a medal or a photo or something in their bo-k for someone they have lost. Can you please post a photo of your bo-k if you did that.

Here are two pics from my wedding. I put a frame with picture of my grandparents on their wedding on my b-ok. I bought the frame from http://exposuresonline.com and they florist attached it for me...

That is so sweet. I am going to forward that idea to my friend who is getting married next year- she lost her dad. i'm sure she would love to do that.

That is an amazing idea! My grandparents were married 68 years and I would hope that my next marriage would sustain the test of time as theirs did  Maybe having a piece of them with me that day would bring some good karma to the event

thats sweet! I really was upset that neither of them are alive to see me get married so I had alittle piece of them with me and I also wore my grandmother e-ring..it gave me the comfort that they were with me and my family on my wedding day and are with me everyday.....

I had a bouquet jewel for myself, my MOH and my 2 sisters. They were butterflies (long story but there is an attachment to butterflies related to my mother's passing.) We put them in there as a rememberance to my Mother, Father, Sister and Godmother.
When we did the parent/bride dance, I danced with a very close family friend who had been friends with my father. We danced to my parent's "song" (Always - by Patsy Cline) while the televisions in the background played a montage of family photos. Image Attachment(s):

I completely agree. She had a photo of her late father attached to her flowers and the bo-q was beautiful.

I used a bracelet kit from Michael's because I had two pictures I wanted to have with me. It was very special to me to have this with me on my wedding day as I walked down the aisle.
Here you can see it hanging from my bo-k.

My friend Denise mounted small pics on some cardboard and hung them from her bouquet in memory of her dad.
In addition, she put some jewels in her bouquet - they were buttons from each of the BM dresses she wore at her sibling's weddings.

i don't have the best pics of mine, but it was a small hanging photo of my late grandfather, a charm that was my grandmothers, and a crystal cross that my late grandfather gave my late grandmother

It was very important to me to have something of my Grandmother's with me that day. My Mother had some of her jewelry and when we were looking through what I could use and how we came across a pin that she wore CONSTANTLY - it is not expensive or made of fancy metal - it is silver with green crystals... but she wore it ALL the time and I remember her wearing it all the time which made it that much more special. I had my florist put it RIGHT in the center of my Bo-K. I liked putting it there b/c it's seen in all of my pics and since I felt her spirit with me that entire day it was fitting. ETA: It is in Irish harp, BTW... She was Irish (and PROUD!)  Image Attachment(s):

Like Goldi, I too had my mom's bridal bible in my bouquet. I do not have a pic on the computer I am using though.
