***Weekly Menu *** Labor Day 8/4
Happy Labor Day all
Sat: Sausage and Peppers over fusilli with crusty semolina bread and butter and a tossed salad
Sun: Chicken breast stuffed with mozzarella and spinach with a mushroom cream sauce over egg noodles
Mon: BBQ marinated London Broil, brown rice pilaf, and green bean casserole
Tues: leftovers
Wed: mushroom, smoked mozzarella & asparagus, and cheese ravioli, turkey meatballs, tossed salad and garlic bread sticks
Thurs: my mom's cooking
Fri: pizza

Sunday: Labor Day BBQ! Jalapeno Poppers, Lamb Chops, Artichoke Dip, Marinated Sirloin, Burgers, Dogs, Cilantro Lime Chicken, Corn, Potato Salad, Grilled Veggie Salad, Cheater Expresso Cupcakes w/Chocolate Saigon Cinnamon Frosting.
Monday: Braised Short Ribs with Horseradish mashed potatoes, Garden Salad
Tuesday: BLT Sandwiches w/ Thick sliced bacon, Bibb lettuce and heirloom tomatoes on toasted Brioche.
Wednesday: Stuffed Peppers with Ground turkey and Gruyere.
Thursday: Chicken Francaise, Broccoli, Orzo
Friday: Rotini Pasta with Marinara and Chick Peas, House Salad w/Garlic Basil Vinaigrette, Semolina bread
Saturday: Sticky Chicken Legs, Rice, Carrots and Snap Peas

steve has a jiu jitsu tournament next weekend so he's trying to drop weight .... aka boring menu this week!
sunday - parents are making a bbq
monday - tequila lime chicken, sliced avocado, pico de gallo, yellow rice
tuesday - jalapeno mac & cheese (light version) with peas
wednesday - skirt steak with chimichurri, corn on the cob
thursday - tilapia with sauteed zucchini & tomato, couscous

Mon.- Baked stuffed shells, meatballs, salad with creamy balsamic
Tues.- Taco night with all the fixins
Wed.- Lemon chicken, orzo, spinach
Thurs.- Pot roast over egg noodles or mashed potatoes
Fri.- ?

Tuesday- burgers, fries, beans
Wednesday-honey chicken stir fry, rice
Thursday-school
Friday-
orzo with greek salad dressing, toasted pita bread, some kind of chicken..

Tuesday - Slow cooker turkey cheeseburger chili
Wednesday - grilled chicken with tzatziki, salad and warm pitas
Thursday - Caramel apple pork chops
Friday - Mac and Cheese and peas
Saturday - we'll be out
Sunday - dinner at my parents' house

SAT - We had a BBQ. Pioneer Woman's BBQ Chicken Drumsticks (which were outrageous!!!) Marinated London Broil, Hot Dogs, Macaroni salad, broccoli slaw, tossed salad, cucumber salad,
SUN - Chinese
MON - Shrimp Skewers, Saffron rice, salad
TUES - Chicken Pinwheels, Roasted potatoes, Roasted Carrots
WED - SUN - we are away!

Tues: Out
Weds: Ropa viejo, tortillas, tequila lime black beans, yellow rice
Thurs: Cajun chicken cutlets, sauteed spinach w/red pepper, jalapeno cheddar corn bread
Fri: Peppercorn pork loin, scallopped potatoes, garlic brussel sprouts
Sat: My bachelorette party! 
Sun: Recovering

Monday: Cheeseburgers on the grill, zucchini "fries", corn on the cob
Tues: Cuban chicken fricassee (chicken stewed in white wine, olives, etc.), rice, arugula salad
Wed: takeout
Thurs: Tilapia with a jerk rub, rice and salad with corn, black beans, cherry tomatoes, goat cheese with a cilantro, lime and honey vinaigrette.
That is is for this week.

tuesday - tuna melts
wednesday - either veggie burgers with lettuce and tomato and/or a 3-bean salad
thursday - grilled salmon, grilled/steamed veggies, brown rice
friday - fusilli with spinach and asiago (courtesy of Diamondgirl)
saturday - babysitting, not sure
