Weekly menu plan 10/30/17
Sunday - pasta with sundried tomato pesto and balsamic roasted veggies
Monday - roasted tomato red pepper soup, pumpkin shaped quesadillas for the kids
Tuesday - Halloween party
Wednesday - mummy crescent dogs, fries, burnt broccoli
Thursday - lentil Bolognese over spaghetti squash, salad
Friday - leftovers
Saturday - dh will be out so either leftovers or mac n cheese with the kids

DH and I started Weight Watchers and I go to PT twice a week after work, so it's even more important for me to meal plan and prep a lot on the weekends.
Sunday - Pot Roast in the Instant Pot
Monday - Baked Salmon, rice pilaf, roasted string beans, cucumber salad.
Tuesday - Spaghetti Sqash Bake, salad
Wednesday - leftover Pot Roast, noodles, string beans.
Thursday - Veal cutlets, sauteed zucchini, pasta with sauce.
Friday - chili over rice, salad
Saturday - maybe out.

Sunday – Roasted Turkey, ST buttermilk mashed potatoes, ST stuffing (mini thanksgiving LOL)
Monday – Leftovers
Tuesday – ST Slow Cooker Beef Tacos
Wednesday – Pepper Steak , cauliflower rice, tomato salad
Thursday – Chicken taco chili or takeout
Friday – I have plans with my girlfriends, DH will either go out with friends or leftovers

Tuesday...kit kats, snickers, twix, starbursts, reeses pb cups. 
Wednesday....will be in city for work so probably dinner there.
Rest of week....up in the air!

OMG at 7pm last night I realized the ONLY food I consumed all day was candy!
