Weighing yourself

I know I lost 15 lbs since I use the scale at the gym (its like the Dr. Scale) and they record our previous weights. I am just frustrated at my home digital scale it shows 2 lbs less. I just bought a new scale since my original scale was really bad with inaccurate readings. What do you think is the most accurate scale the Dr. like scale or Digital I am hearing mixed answers.

Thanks! Chat Icon

Weighing yourself

I wouldn't focus on a specific weight number, but rather the number you lost. Just use one scale, weigh yourself once a week and go by that. Every scale will tell you something different.

Thanks! I started on the gym scale...I guess I would just go by that.

Re: Weighing yourself

I never go by the number on different scales - they will ALWAYS be different.
You have to use the same scale - I'd stick w/ the numbers from the gym b/c that's the one you use all the time.
