Weight loss after baby
For all you ladies worried about weight gain, let me tell you, I had my baby 1 week ago today and I am already down just over 20 lbs. I have done nothing bc I had a c section. I also am not breast feeding either. So hang in there and don't worry about the gain! I wish I didn't for 9 months!

I gained just about 27 lbs total, but I delivered at 37 1/2 wks. I thought I was going to be the exception also, believe me! You will all be fine!!

yupp!!! I gave birth last Thursday and lost 17 lbs already. I may be stuck here but its amazing to see that initial loss. most of water weight too. Its great to be in semi normal sweats again!!!

I am 31 weeks prego with  and I've gained 30 pounds so far...but I'm all belly! I still have my stick arms / legs and my face hasn't changed. I hope that I can lose 20 pounds as quickly as you did!!!

You will all be fine! I worried soo soo much about it for 9 months and I even weighed myself this morning and am down 4 more lbs. My friend had her baby 13 weeks ago and she said she lost almost 30 lbs in the first 2 weeks!! Everything in moderation. That's what I did with my eating habits. I never went overboard, well except at the end I did. Don't worry!
