Weight Loss Amount
I am back to ww online...i didn't cheat at all this week and walked at least 10,000 steps every day and only lost 1.5 lbs. Does that seem about right? I now am 109.5, my goal is 103 - but i'm only 5 feet. I am going to stick with this, really want to do it!

Re: Weight Loss Amount
Please, please, please don't say "ONLY!"
You LOST 1.5 LBS! WW expects people to lose 1/2-2lbs per week. You're right on target. 1.5lbs in a week is great, especially when you don't have too much to lose to begin with.
You're doing great- keep it up!

Re: Weight Loss Amount
that's great. What were you expecting to lose? I am also 5'0 tall. I was 100 pounds until about 20 years old. Between the ages of 20-25, I gained 40 pounds. Then I lost 20 in one year (a little less than 2 pounds a month). A couple of years later, I am now ~120 and desperately trying to get back to 100 pounds. I usually maintain my weight or lose about 1 pound a month. I eat healthy and workout 5-7 times a week. So since we are the same height and have similar goals, I think you are doing great. I have to work super hard to see a little loss.

Re: Weight Loss Amount
thanks everyone!!!! I guess because i didn't cheat, didn't eat my extra points and did a ton of walking i thought i'd lose around 3lbs. I guess age plays a factor too, i'll be 39 in october.
The warm weather has me very motivated. Plus, just tried on some pants that fit last summer and now i can't even zipper them!
