weight loss and toning (30 day shred)
ok so i know im like 10 years behind, but i just did 30 day shred for the first time yesterday after finding it on my fios on demand. i really liked it but how often are you supposed to do it and what other exercises are you supposed to do with it? i feel like it wont burn enough calories alone to lose weight which is one of my goals. ultimately i want to: *lose weight (i dont have much to lose, i am just at the high end of my healthy range) *run a 5k again *get tone and tight
should i do my normal runs each week and then after do the 30 day shred??
what do you guys do?

I find that when I do the 30 day shred I'm so wiped out, I don't think I could do a run before or after it. MAybe you need to go up in level?
I think you're supposed to do it every day for 30 days. I always PLAN to do it every otehr day alternating with jogging, but I fall off the wagon with both.

I alternate. I run every other day and do a video like 30 day shred every other day. Lately, I workout every day and take one day off.
eating is 70% of getting in shape so make sure your diet is in check!!!
