*Weight Loss Tips* Thread!
I have seen some *motivation* threads come and go on this board.
So, with Spring right around the corner why don't we try and keep a weight loss tips thread going!
I'll start-
It's easy when it's cold to hide behind big comfy sweaters. Tonight I did some reorganizing in my closet and came across ALL MY SPRING/SUMMER CLOTHES! It reminded me of all the pretty AND SMALL things I own to wear over the summer. Definitely a motivation to hit the gym tomorrow!!!!!!!!!!
So my first weight loss tip for the thread is- Start sorting through next season's clothing even tough you're still freezing your a$$ off out there!!!!!!

Great idea
Here is mine-EXERCISE! Start small, even if it is a walk. It is cold, but the benefits are worth it. Bundle up and get your TTC tush out there! The more you lose now, the less you will need to lose after giving birth!

Oh and I will add to that one! When I was getting in shape w/ a trainer for my wedding he said getting in good physical shape is also good for the labor! He said it will be easier to push the baby out! You have no idea how hard it was to keep a straight face when a 100% made of muscle gym buff guy said something like that

I have posted this site before, but it was a while ago. There is a site called thedailyplate.com. You write in what you ate for the day and it counts your calories for you. It is a wonderful site, and I highly recommend it.

my tip...eat smaller meals and never eat till the point that your full! not only will you feel less guilty but you'll feel lighter too!
