I do, but I don't know anything at all about their new plan.
It's the only way to lose weight and not lose your mind at the same time.

My husband does and he's been very successful with it!! He swears he's not even that hungry and says it's almost like a game to try to figure out meals with less points

yes, the points system works. haven't been on WW in years but i will once the baby is born so i can lose this excess weight!
didn't even know they had a new plan though!
you can eat anything on WW, but obviously lose more faster if you opt out of fried foods and do cardio.

I have been on it for about 4 weeks now. So far..I have noticed that I am eating a lot better. I have lost 7lbs so far

I def. swear by it. I've been on it for 3 years...lost 60 lbs in the first few months and have kept it off since.

I just joined last week. lost 2.8 lbs that first week. I really love it. Love this new plan because most fruits and veggies are 0 points!
