Weight Watchers and drinking

I started back on WW on Thursday. Tonight we are going out to celebrate a good friends birthday. I haven't gone out and drank in almost a year since I've been pregnant and I'm looking forward to it. I don't want to completely derail myself, but I'd like to have a few drinks. What's the best option?

Well wine is 4 its a glass, two glasses is 7 pts. When I want to have drinks on the weekends I try to save my extra points. With DS being an infant I rarely get to really go out and drink (your in the same situation Chat Icon ) so if the opportunity is there I don't restrict myself too much, I generally stick to wine anyway though.

I believe vodka drinks in general are better due to the low sugar contents.

Also know that one night will not derail you unless you do not go back on plan the next day.

When I lost 30lbs on WW I had 2 glasses of wine a night (I was studying for the bar exam and needed the stress reliever) and those 2 glasses a day never made me gain weight. But I ate perfectly otherwise.

clear liqueur and soda (or diet) is low in points, if I remember. If you plan on having a few, I would probably go with a vodka soda or something to that effect.
