Weight Watchers at Work
My company is offering WW at Work, which sounds great since the hardest part for me is finding time to go to a meeting. Just wondering if anyone else has any experiences with WW at Work (we have an outside leader coming in)?
Specifically, how do the weigh-ins work? I've heard that at the regular meetings, only the WW staff can see your number. I like my co-workers, but don't necessarily want them knowing my weight

I'm starting WW at work tomorrow, and although I don't know the anwers to your questions....I'm pretty positive that the actual "weigh-in" portion will be done by the leader in private.

Re: Weight Watchers at Work
I did ww at work at three of my jobs and LOVED IT. No one sees what you weight except the ww person weighing you. It's great because the people around you are doing it too so everyone is being good and helping each other out. I wanted to start it again but we don't have enough people interested this year. Maybe I will try again in the fall.

Re: Weight Watchers at Work
I do it at work. I have to say - it's great to have the support of those around you. Coming back from a bad weekend, my friends are the ones encouraging me to get back with it.
For the first week, I hated my co-worker/friend for encouraging me to join. I was starving.
Now I think of it as a great debt that I owe her. The last thing I wanted was to continue to be the weight I was. I'm down 10+lbs & still going strong.
eta. The weigh-in portion is done by the leader. No one else sees it. We do share a group total loss/gain.

Re: Weight Watchers at Work
I did WW at work and the weigh-in was in a separate office where the group leader weighed in everyone, one at a time. It all depends on the leader...Ours stunk, and everyone stopped going so the meetings really declined.

my MIL did ww at work and was very successful! Her co-workers even started a walking group.
Good luck!
