Weight watchers meal plans

Hi all I just joined weight watchers online and I am struggling to decide what to eat. I haven't done it in years and I need some ideas. I would love to see a sample day or something. Does anyone know where you can find that or if someone could post what they eat so I can get some ideas? I don't want to give up before I start! Thanks!!

Re: Weight watchers meal plans

For breakfast I have egg muffins that I make on Sunday and eat during the week at work (loaded baked omelett muffins from skinnytaste but I change up veggies). For lunch I do different things. This week I poached a few chicken breasts to make chicken salad. And then I cut up veggies and have fruit. Sometimes I have tuna sandwiches, grilled chicken salads. Or thighs like that.

I just joined again online, too.

Skinnytaste.com has a lot of great meal ideas with points listed.

I made slow cooker chili from the website on Sunday and have been eating that for lunch. I also eat egg muffins or a yogurt for breakfast. I also eat various fruits and veggies throughout the day.

Another good lunch/dinner is a Flatout pizza. The flatout pizza crust is 3pts, I use sugar free organic pizza sauce for 1pt and 1/2 shredded cheese for 6pts. It's pretty filling for 10pts.

I have been doing it since Monday and have lost 8 lbs. I put on a few last week while traveling which is why it came off quickly.

breakfast - before I leave the house I take 1 shot of danactive probiotic. When I get to the office I either have 4 boiled egg whites(plain or with cholula hot sauce), or a fage plain 0% with a few blueberries.

lunch- perdue grilled chicken short cuts with mango peach salsa, or healthy ones honey ham.

snack - protein pretzels, berries, coconut water

dinner- zucchini noodles with grilled shrimp, grilled wild cod with roasted asparagus, grilled chicken with steamed spinach ( half the container ) with a ton of lemon squeezed over it.

I have been eating ww ice cream andhalo top ice cream

I drink a bottle of water before each meal.

Skinny taste is my go to. I love her recipes. I made her cauliflower fried rice this weekend Dan it was only 2 pets of a cup and a half!

We eat a lot of grilled chicken, fish (salmon, shrimp), chicken sausage...lots of roasted veggies, and soups.. Most of my recipes come from skinnytaste and I cook at home most nights.

I am a very picky eater and don't really like too many veggies or beans, so it can be tough. I eat a lot of the same things every day

Typically day:
Breakfast: either 2 hard boiled eggs or low sugar instant oatmeal, along with a piece of fruit (4 pts)

Lunch: Lean Cuisine (although most of them are more points than I'd like to use) - about 9 pt; or a piece of grilled chicken (1 pt) with veggies (if I have left over from dinner); a small Pirates Booty pack (2 pts)and a piece of fruit

Dinner: Lots of chicken or shrimp with veggies (I'll either just make it plain or look on a site like skinnytaste for a recipe to spice it up a bit)

Dessert: a WW or Skinny Cow ice cream - depending on how many points I have left

Usually once a week I will go out to dinner and really splurge - appetizer (salad), entree - try to stick with a lean protein based meal and dessert of my choice, as well as a glass or 2 of wine.

Doing this I've averaged 2.6 lb loss every week

I'm not a big breakfast person, so I usually just eat a banana and maybe a light yogurt. Usually just the banana though.

For lunch I sometimes make an egg white omelet with spinach and ff feta, all cooked in the microwave at work. I also do chicken breast in a wrap (Tumaro brand wraps at S & S are 1sp each) along with some pretzels or veggie chips. Sometimes a salad with dry light tuna.

For dinner, I usually eat a modified version of what I feed my family. Usually more veggies and no carb.

It does work if you follow the plan. I'm down 58.8 lbs in the past year.

There are a few great Facebook groups to join. One is Weight Watchers Yes You Can, its mostly Long Islanders. Theres a lot of WW product groups too that are all great resources for recipes and food ideas. Good luck!

For breakfast I usually have a light multigrain english muffin with I can't believe it's not butter light or an egg white omlette with lowfat cheese (4 pts each).

For lunch - I either have an egg white omlette or a sandwich thin with turkey (4 pts each).

For snack - I usually have a Chobani 100 crunch yogurt (3 pts), cheese stick (1pt) or a light Babybel (1 pt)

I like using Skinnytaste for dinner since they have the points laid out.
