Weight Watchers people...I need help
I have done very well with WW online and have lost almost 50 lbs. I want to lose only like another 15 lbs. Well I have hit a wall. I am not really gaining weight but I am not losing weight. I am sticking to my points and I work out 5 days a week for at least an 1 1/2 with 45-60 minutes of high intensity cardio (spinning, jogging, climbing). What am I doing wrong. It has been about a month that I have been at a standstill. Any ideas on how to break this? Thanks for your input.

have you reduced your points as you went down every 10 pounds?
maybe switching to core might jump start you?

I would try reducing your points by a couple. Also, change up your workout routine. Try a new machine or DVD to get different muscles pumping.

Add more weight training and switch up your exercises.
Try to elimate a carb that you don't need - it should help.

Re: Weight Watchers people...I need help
When you hit a plateau like this you can switch to core for a week or two and that will jump start your weight loss again. Good luck. Sounds like you're doing great!
