Weird Question about trying (might be TMI for some)
Was the first time you tried for a baby the first time your DH finished all the way?
My DH has never, and now i feel like there is some sort of pressure about the first time he does. Is that weird?
I'm not sure if it's because I want the first time to be special (we always said we'd wait for when we were ready to TTC so it would be special) or if it's because I am nervous about it - I think it's a little of both...am I being too dramatic about it?

Aww no that is cute actually and such a nice time to save it for. Don't worry about the pressure, I am sure it will be just fine!, just try not to think about it.
We actually saved our "finish all the way" for our wedding night! Since then we didnt too many times after that but did do it alot the last 5 months. We decided to not be careful but not try, just have fun. So we werent really ttc until now.

Do you mean that up until now DH always pulled out??

yes.
i have always been on the pill but he pulled out anyway b/c we were both paranoid and figured we'd do everything we could to avoid an unwanted pregnancy - him pulling out felt like insurance that we wouldn't have any surprises...
but after all this time, him actually doing it feels like a big deal, especially while i'm not on the pill....it's the only thing we've been saving so to speak so now i feel pressure for that moment to be special - not b/c i expect to get pregnant or anything like that - but b/c it's something we have never done and have been saving...

This is very cute, I felt the same way...I was always a P&P type person. It was interesting to say the least but yes, it was special in the fact that I COULD get prego's now.

Early in our relationship I was on birth control for a little bit, so he would always finish inside. When I went off of it he didn't for a WHILE. So on our wedding night (we were going to start TTC soon after that) he did again and it was very nice  Don't let the pressure get to you. I'm sure it will be amazing!

Ah - I get it now. That's sweet. 
My advice would be to try to not put so much pressure on it being "special". It will be regardless because now you are TTC. That alone can end up being stressful so try to just relax and enjoy.

We were very paranoid. I've been on the pill our entire relationship (and am still on it), we used condoms the first 2 years, and he also pulled out until we were married. Not sure why we changed that since we still DID NOT want any "surprises" but it worked for us.

When we were trying for DD it was the first time DH ended inside of me, it was very strange for the both of us at first!!

i just feel like there is a lot of pressure for the moment to be right...
we've been  a lot since i stopped the pill but none of the times felt right if that makes sense...partly because we said we'd wait until next month to make sure i get my period at least once before trying - but i think we both thought that in the heat of the moment we wouldn't care...
we actually went to NY for a wedding this weekend and we stayed over in a hotel and i thought that if we did it after the wedding it would be special (you know how being at a wedding reminds you of your wedding, at least for me it does) but when we saw the room we both started laughing and said, it's def not going to be here  the hotel wasn't the nicest and was certainly not romantic
i think i should just tell DH we need to get it over with ASAP so there is no pressure

NO when i was on BC when we first started dating we would finish all the way... but when i stopped BC we always P & P..
our HM was the first time we finished all the way since then
