weird question- kegels maybe TMI
OK so I learned to do kegels by first stopping myself while peeing.
I had my baby girl a month ago and now when I pee I try to do that, but I literally cant. The pee just keeps coming. I have no control! Is this normal?
I did kegels during pregnancy..I've been doing them now too (probably not as much as I should).
Anyway, I'm thinking this is because of the strecthing...will it ever be normal again done there!?!?!? I'm scared to even look...

It's only been a month--it might come back. It didn't for me, and it's a problem I need to get fixed one day, but I don't think I'm the norm.

You should go back to normal, you just had the baby. Give your body time to heal.

I have a problem with this too, and DD is two. It's gotten worse now that i'm pregnant. When I throw up- I pee. When I sneeze- I pee. And the list goes on . The other day I got home and DH greeted me at the car. I was telling him something and I sneezed in the middle of the story. I peed myself. I was like...uhhhh...i'll be right back I just peed my pants. . It's funny, but very embarassing!

I was peeing myself for several months past delivery.
I can't do kegels- I tried but I can't hold the muscles long enough.
After about a year it corrected itself.
Give it time.
