Weird stomach pain...
I woke up this morning with sore muscles in my lower abdomen...I haven't done any crunches or any other strenuous activity recenty...so why do they hurt?!?! Its driving me crazy, it hurts when I sneeze and cough. (I don't have a bad cough...just a few here and there)
Anyone know what I could have done in daily life to have done this?!

I had that happen but in my upper abs. Take some advil. If it doesn't go away in a few days, call the doc.
I thought it was a hernia, but it turned out to be stress and it went away.

Nope- unless I'm the 1% (I'm on the Nuvaring  )
I guess it is possible- but highly unlikely
It still hurts today, but I'll give it a few more days to go away...
