Well, after 2 whole days in day care...
Lucas has a horrible cold which made him sick for his first birthday (runny nose, fever, goopy eyes, yuck!) 
AND he has a spot of ring worm on his leg. 
Is THIS what we have to look forward to as a day care baby????!?!?!?!?!!!

this first winter might be a rough one for him --- he'll get through it. So will you. Last winter was unbearable for us...i'm just hoping maybe it's past us now.
Are his ears and chest ok?
Did you post his 1 year stats anywhere from the doc?
Get better little man...you have a birthday party coming up!!!

I feel your pain! Elizabeth's been in day care for 2 weeks.. DH has a raging cold, I'm starting to get it now and I just got off the phone with the day care and they told me her nose is running.

Yes and no. Kids react very different to germ exposure. Your kid could get four ear infections a year, or never have any. No way to tell unfortunately. After four days back at daycare, DD has a bit of a runny nose. But no fever or anything, so back she goes! She's built up quite an immune system by two years old! Good luck!
