Well after being worried about the new WW program
I lost 2.2 pounds this week!!!! I am really proud of myself. The program took a week of adjustment. I was so used to the old one but I am starting to like it.

 I was complaining allll week that "I don't like it", "It's not going to work", etc.
W.I this AM...Down 1.6! I'll take it

I lost .7, which is more than I've been losing, plus I actually ate out like 5 times this week, and eating out is my total weakness, so I think that's pretty good

Good job! I also lost 2.2 pounds too !
I was vey happy because the scale finally moved, for weeks it was not moving for me.
