Well, banging on the floor with a broom...And Saturday...
has FINALLY shut up the downstairs neighbors!!
THis is nuts---I have spoken to the rental office about last weekends party till 2am....and they had 6 other complaints
They said they were sending a letter tothem,as tney do not put up with this ********.
I hope the weekend is quiet

yes they are young! I think maybe 20ish...they are in college for sure...
And the thing is, they just moved in last weekend!!!
But the great thing about this complex is they do not put up with crap, they have had people leave within a month of moving in.

They are probably on a chat board complaining about what old losers all their neighbors are. 
Not saying you are old, I'm older than you are, just that to a college kid it seems old.

i have to say---even when i was in school--i WAS considerate of others around me. but everyone else is different. young ppl today can be very "me me me" and not care about others.
i hpoe the complex handles it QUICK

LMAO---well the broom did not handle it, but calling the police department after being woken up out of sound sleep at 2:30 AM did the Trick!

I know how you feel. We had neighbors like that living below us in our old apt, and we complained as did others. However, these men were grown, living on welfare checks cause we got their mail, and just so many other issues we all had to deal with them.

Welp, they are at it again,.
Never in the 8 years we have lived here, have we EVER EVER had a problem.
I know its only 11:00, but when DH has to be up for work at 5 am, its a bit much--
Not trying to sound like the old fart here, but seriously, have some consideration!!
Parking lot is totally full again and their sliding door sounds like an automatic one opening and closing and opening and closing...
Cops came, 3 people left, but since then, 6 more have come by.
