Well, they finally figured out what's wrong with me...please don't move THURSDAY UPDATE
I've had a high fever for the last 4 days, but only in the afternoon. In the mornings I've been completely fine.
After my PCP brushing me off, my fever shot up to 103.3 at about 6pm. I went to Urgent Care, where they did a full workup on me.
Turns out that I have a MASSIVE kidney infection that she actually is very worried about. Apparently my threshold for pain is so high after my back injury that I didn't even notice it  She couldn't believe I wasn't doubled over and screaming in pain.
So, the good news is that it's nothing contagious that I could have given to the baby. The bad news is, when I go back for my 2nd antibiotic shot tomorrow, if my white blood count isn't WAY down, she wants to hospitalize me and put me on a Cipro IV drip. I would need to pump and dump for the week that I'll be on it. 
I totally lost my mind...I'm going back to work on 4/20 and it's been all I can do to freeze a huge supply before I go back.
I could use lots of hugs right now.
THURSDAY UPDATE:
First thing I did was to call my PCP, tell her she dropped the ball BIG time, and told her to expect the bill for my $50 copay for Urgent Care, since she wouldn't see me. 
I went to a different PCP that Urgent Care recommended, and he was AWESOME, so I think I'm going to switch. He redid my urinalysis and was pleased to see that the # of bacteria in the urine had gone down significantly from the shot yesterday!  He gave me another shot, just to be on the safe side. Now we wait.
I'm back in bed with a 101 fever, but he said that's to be expected, and that as long as the fevers are less and less each day, I should be in the clear.

I hope that you feel better soon. My heart breaks over the pump and dump...but keep with it and your supply should be fine.

OMG! So glad you "insisted" on getting treated. This is so serious! I hope you feel better soon.
Just keep pumping and dumping. I know it's hard but you will back on your feet very soon and can resume BFing.

I'm sorry and feel better. Try not to stress over the supply - you'll get it back up and the most important thing you can do for your baby is take care of yourself right now

Wow, I didn't see your original post (I just searched it), but if I had, I would have most certainly indicated a kidney infection. I ended up hospitalized for a week when my DD was 3 weeks old for a massive kidney infection that got too far it nearly caused sepsis. 
My symptoms started out with some back pain that I attributed to my weird sitting positions when I BF. But fevers kept coming and going. Until I woke up one morning so lethargic and with a 106 fever, that my PCP immediately had me admitted to the ER.
I had Levaquin via IV and it took a week for the fevers to pass and my WBC count to get back to normal levels. It was also determined that I had an obstruction on my kidney (UPJ Obstruction) and once I got well enough, I had a small surgical procedure to put a uretal stent in..
It's been almost 3 years and no lingering issues at all. I am very lucky. Please let me know if you have any questions.

I am so glad you pushed yourself to get to another dr!! 
Don't feel bad about pumping and dumping. I had some complications after I gave birth and spent a lot of my first 2 months pumping and dumping. I went back to work at 8 weeks pp and was still able to feed DS.

Wow! Thanks so much. I knew *someone* here had to have an idea of what might be going on. I was totally blindsided by this, because the Dr. couldn't believe I wasn't doubled over in pain!
