OH NO - that is so awful - I hope they made up for this somehow.
What else??? Now, I'm dying to know!!!  Tell us everything so that we can pass it along to others! 
Actually the didn't -- they didn't even clean our room the way it should be after we complain about it.
They changed the sheets and the mattress pads and all that (or at least we hope they did - but who really knows). But they never cleaned the room after they came and changed the sheets. So we had to call and get them to clean the room, bring us coffee so we can have that in our room. They never gave us a PNP or crib. Another complaint. And then when my DH looked around the room, we were finding empty soda bottles in our room under the bed - that wasn't ours.
Then we had some issues of them charging my IL's card instead of ours.
It was just one thing after another.
And quite honestly, they acted and are still acting like they really don't give a crap.

That is beyond frustrating!!!

looks awesome! We are going in 11 days I cant wait. We cant wait for Animal kingdom. We were going to stay at the same hotel that you did but it wound up being all full at the time we went to book and we wound up finding a really nice rental house very close for cheeper. Im glad you had a great time!

Looks like a fabulous trip!!!
 about the hotel - I have read some things on Disboards about the mousekeeping lately and saying some of them are pretty bad. They should have done more - I would write to them and complain. There is no excuse why the room wasn't getting cleaned - I would definitely make a stink about that.
What did your DD sleep on? I thought I read that they had pnps in all the closets these days.
