Good so far...we had a single guy come in and he said the place looked big and that he'll be in contact with us. Now I have 3 more people coming. One on Saturday night and two on Sunday after 5.

Good luck, it's very nice... I almost looked there when I bought my co-op but they wouldn't allow dogs.
If I may offer a piece of advice (I sold my co-op 3 times.... first guy got rejected for the mortgage, second person was rejected by the co-op board, third person disappeared...): be sure to get alllllll of the paperwork straightened out with the buyer beforehand (pre-approval, etc.) and even so, continue showing your place until the board accepts the buyer -- which is the last step usually.
I wasn't in a rush fortunately and with each fall-through I raised the price and wound up making a lot more $, but it ws frustrating to have these sales fall through at the last minute.
