I don't normally use 2-in-1 shampoo but my friend left a trial size of Pert Plus at my house and I actually like it. It's medium conditioner for normal hair.

I don't understand how a 2-1 can clean and condition w/o stripping your hair.

I was just looking for some suggestions on good ones
I have always used them and they have never damaged my hair and my hair is very clean.
I have actually used them since middle school.

you're one of the few lucky ones then....I think most women need more conditioning

No suggestions. I have to use a ton of conditioner on my hair after I wash.... So I always use separate.

thats because your hair is healthy  I don't have one to recommend because I use conditioner seperately. You are a lucky girl!

Do you really want to know?  I just wrote a 10 page paper on formulating shampoos, conditioners, deep conditioners, perms and neutraliziers

I have used Dove in the past and was pretty happy with it. I actually stopped using conditioner a year ago and my hair looks so much better. I felt it was weighing my hair down since my curl was lost after I had DS. I also have to say my hair is the healtiest it's been so I think a good shampoo could even do the trick.

When I would use one, I would use Pert Plus. But I have such curly hair that without extra conditioner, I am a lioness!

I like Pert Plus. I can use it now since I ahve no color in my hair and its in good shape again. I love the Pert smell too. When I was coloring my hair I had to use a separate conditioner.
