Still waiting for my w-2's. Last year we didnt get them until the middle of Feb. I thought that was against the law .

Actually I think we're ok. I checked into this - we would owe a penalty for not filing but since we don't owe anything (we're actually owed money - the issue is confusing is how much), we actually don't have to pay a penalty.
