What age did DD cut their first tooth?
Emma seems like she has been teething for the last two months, but nothing yet!! When is normal for babies to cut thier first teeth? She is 8 months and nothing yet! TIA

My eldest was 2 weeks shy of her first birthday...
My twins were 4 months...
DS was 8.5 months...

My DS had his bottom 2 at 4 months and the top 2 at 5 months...

Lily got her first 2 teeth with she was 11 months 1 week old (not sure why I remember it so exactly).
A lot of the "signs" of teething are also developmentally appropriate behaviors that all infants exhibit...so the child might not actually be teething, it could just look like they are.

ds got his bottom 2 at 7 months, but they didn't come in fully until a few weeks later. It was a slow process.

DD first tooth actually broke through the gums at 9 -91/2 months now at 10 months its not all the way out and she is getting another

Thanks ladies! I saw a baby today...4 months old with four teeth already and panicked if this was normal. Thanks again, and please pray for teeth soon so I get my happy baby back =)

At 10 months he got the bottom 2 withing a week of each other. I think the top didn't come in till 12 or 13 months and then it was ages before he had anymore. At 25 months he has 16 now.

DS1 got his first tooth at 3 months and rapidly continued to get the rest. DS2 is now 9 months old and only has the 2 teeth that he got around 6 months.
It really just depends onthe child!

 - 4 1/2 months old
 #1- 3 months old(cut 2 within days of each other)
#2- 4 months old
every baby is different. My friends son didn't get any until after his first birthday while my DD had 18 teeth at 12 months. Don't stress it.

Charlotte started teething at 4m and cut her first 2 (bottom) at 5.5m. At 7.5m she had 8 teeth...at 11m, she's cutting all 4 of her first molars

Just shy of nine months.
That being said, a pediatrician in my dr's practice was 'sure' she was teeting at 4 months, so I was on the watch for nearly 5 months.
Hope she feels better!
