what age did your dc start taking more than 4oz at a time?
ds is three weeks and just drank 5 oz in no time ..weird for him.

My DD started 6oz at about 8 wks old....before that she would drink anywhere between 4 to 5 1/2 oz a bottle

My DS was a big boy by 10 days old he was over 10lbs. So he started taking 5 oz by 2 or 3 weeks. Then he made a quick jump around 6 weeks to 7 oz then down to about 6.5 at 12 weeks until 4 months when it went back to 7 oz.

DD went from barely finishing 4oz bottles to guzzling 6oz bottles overnight, I'd say at about 9-10 weeks. She now takes one or two 8oz bottles each day. It was a very sudden change for her.
From what you've been posting, I'd say your DS is going through a growth spurt.
