What age do they pull to a stand and start cruising?
Because Tyler will be 8 months next week and is already doing this. I do not remember it being this early for Jack (I will look back at my posts now to see) but isn't this a tad bit early? I am not ready for it just yet!

8-10 is about right. Ryan did it then and was walking at his 1st birthday party. Jonathan started doing this also around that time also even though he was born 2 months early. Justin was a little later but not much behind.

DS was 7 months and 1 week when he started to pull himself to a standing position...
7 months here too. Started cruising a couple weeks after pulling to stand. Started crawling right around the same time (I think he needed that upper body strength).

Lola's been standing for a few weeks now and just started to take a few cruising steps here and there.

DS cruised for 2 months before taking unassisted steps not holding onto anything, and even now has been taking 6-10 steps for a few weeks, but then transitions back to crawling.

My older DD was 9-10 months...my younger one was 5 1/2 months....so it all depends on the child.
I think average is 8-10 months.

 I am SOOO not ready for that!
I know Bella was up and cruising at this same time frame...we were in Turks when she turned 8 months...but she didn't walk til 13 months, so I know I've got some time (whew!) lol

I know - I am NOT ready for this at all. In my mind I truly feel like he is still a newborn. I can't believe my baby is closer to a year than he is to when he was born.
He is a wild little guy too! While we all know Jack gives me a run for my money mentally - Tyler is going to do it physically!

Landon started standing up and cruising at 6 months. Scared the crap out of me! But didn't start taking real steps for 3 months after this.

Nina was 8 Months 1 week when she started pulling herself to stand. She started walking at 9.5 months

Sean was pulling himself up @ 6 months, and cruising at 7 months - but he didn't walk alone until a week after his 1st BDay -

um...now. 7 months.
Luce is doing it. first it was on things at waist level, he could pull himself up.
this morning, he pulled up completely in the crib.
the other day while holding on in the play pen, he walked to the other side for his monkey.
I thought we had more time!

DD started pulling up and cruising at 7 months. She was crawling at 6 months. I think this is a little early, but I know every child is different. Most, from what I read, will start between 8-10 months. DD is 8 months now and still cruising like a pro. I'm honestly looking forward to her walking b/c this is a scary stage!! She'll pull up on ANYTHING!!!  for your little guy!!

Tristan was about 6.5 months when he first pulled up to standing and then he was cruising a few weeks after that. Started crawling at about 8 months. Is 10 months now and is getting more confident standing on his own, but hasn't taken any unassisted steps yet.

DD#1 were cruising before 7.5 months (pulling up much earlier than that)
DD#2 was doing it before Christmas so 6.5 months (she was pulling up 5.5 or 6 months)
