what am i supposed to be feeling??

i'm 4w1d and i dont have my dr's appt until next week. i dont really have any symptoms besides feeling exhausted all the time and i noticed my boobs feel firmer and look a little wider.

should i have cramping or anything else? i only cramped the day i was supposed to get AF and the day after. i really cant wait to just get to the dr so that i know im ok!

I don't think that you have to feel anything or any certain way. Each person is completely different. I had a little cramping, boob soreness and a lot of bloating.

Everyone is different. At 4wks I only had sore boobs.

I didn't really feel any different. I had cramping for a couple days and the bloating but it went away. Still get little cramps every so often though. I am just starting to get more tired now and I will be 5 weeks tomorrow.

I think I just hit 5 weeks and I was drooling a little in the beginning.. I am bloated... and gassy now. I'm just tired earlier than I usually am. I don't really seem to have any other symptoms. I am however feeling more forgetful, but I read that doesn't really start until after the first trimester...
