Alias Smith and Jones in Oceanside, they have VERY good brunches!
I went to my cousin's FI's bridal shower there and the brunch was great.

Seventh Street Cafe in Garden City. I had my SIL's there-it was great.
How far in advance did they have to book it? This wouldbe a great location for us.
I think I booked about 7-8 weeks before I wanted to have it.
