Organic Chicken, Chicken Meal, Organic Ground Brown Rice, Organic Ground Oats, Organic Ground Barley
I also mix welness core soft food in with it as well which is:
Chicken, Turkey, Chicken Liver, Chicken Broth, Chicken Meal, Turkey Liver, Sweet Potatoes

I'll have to look when i get home but I also thought it would be good to list what brand of food it is
Innova:
turkey, chicken, chicken meal, barley, brown rice
for those of you that don't know....the first ingredient should be a meat ie: turkey, chicken, beef, etc. ...it shouldn't be a by product or rice, etc.

My brand is crap, I've been wanting to switch her food.. she is still eating the same brand she was when we adopted her (pedigree).
Not everyone listed brands above, are any of these brands available at costco or target? I know wellness is great food, but their food is also very expensive (more than double pedigree).. just wondering if there is a cheaper alternative?

What is this the make people feel bad for feedin their dog food that is not up to human standards thread? 
Who is anyone to judge what others feed their pets?
Maybe some people can't afford the overpriced brands that are fit for human consumption.
These are ANIMALS- what would they be eating in the wild?
I feed my cats cheap food- guess what- they are healthy as horses. Guess what- I still love them more than anything on this earth.
This thread just really made me go

Honestly- the priority should be feeding your children the healthy food and the dogs come second on the food budget! 
And like I said- I have had pets all my life- we never fed them anything other than the run of the mill food. They all lived good long healthy lives with little to no health issues.
Don't feel guilty about what you feed your dog based on some pet food snobs...

My dogs eat Flint River Ranch. I pay $60.00 every 2 months for a 40 lb bag. My dogs do not eat wet food, only dry. (I have 3 of them too, small dogs). It's delivered to my home.

not sure how long the bag really lasts me, but a 40lb bag of Pedigree is about $22 at Costco, I'd probably spend up to about $30, but can't afford to double that

Yes, a bag of food may cost you $10 more a bag but that can also cut down on your Vets visits. A Dr from LI was on TV a few months ago saying that in other countries dogs live way into the 20's while USA dogs live to the low teens. He was saying ingredients seem to be a major priority everywhere else except here but lately our foods have been getting better.
The first 5 should say "Meal" anything, from Turkey to Chicken and if it doesn't read meal "Deboned" is also very good.
