both times(got it at 6 months and just at 18 months) my DD just got a little sleepier, but she's like that with all vaccinations.

Some people develop flu-like symptoms. I would just look out for anything abnormal -- high fever, inconsolable crying, etc. General malaise is probably normal (BTW, this is my completely unprofessional opinion -- I really have no idea!).

Typical reaction is just soreness at the injection site. It's a dead virus, so there really shouldn't be any reactions.
