Baking - cheesecake & pumpkin pie. DH usually goes out. I stopped going about 5 years ago. I was getting sick of being hungover for the first few hours of Thanksgiving every year. But that won't stop me from a glass of wine or two while baking.

I have Celtics vs Bobcats tickets..DH has to work, so maybe my sister will go with me. DH is uneasy though, he thinks too many drunks will be out..
but I have been waiting to see the Celtics play for years!! I hate to have him worry while he is working, so we'll see.

I met my husband on Thankgsiving Eve 1999 @ Club Exit.  I remember I used to go out on Thanksgiving Eve every year- We haven't went out the past few years, but this year we are actually going to a bar in the city. It is going to be mobbed, but thats okay- Im actually looking forward to it... It will bring back a few memories!!! Tonight Im doing some cooking for Thanksgiving Day to bring over to my moms house.

Having my one SIL, her husband and our 2 nieces over for FUNdue
It was originally an invite to all the siblings, well, the 5 that are on LI, for a cocktail soiree but a couple are travelling and a couple are cooking for Thursday...so that didn't quite work out.

We're not heading to the island until Thanksgiving morning from NYC, so Wednesday night we have to bake desert, and we'll probably grab some dinner and/or see a movie. Thank goodness for the Wednesday half day! I can get so much done.
